These terms govern your use of avilys.co. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
01
About these terms.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Avilys Marketing Pte Ltd (“Avilys”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore. They govern your access to and use of the website at avilys.co, including any content, tools, downloads, forms, or features made available through it (together, the “Website”).
These Terms apply only to your use of the Website. If you engage Avilys for marketing services on a retainer or project basis, that engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement. If you purchase products from Avilys Academy at avilysacademy.com, that platform has its own terms of service.

- Improving our services and understanding our audience
How we collect and process personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that any information you submit is accurate, lawfully provided, and not infringing on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to act on any submission that we believe violates these Terms or applicable laws.
09
Third-party links and references.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services — including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Avilys Academy, and any tools or services we reference in our Content.
These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, terms of service, or any consequences of your use of them. Linking to a third-party site does not constitute endorsement.
Your use of any third-party site is subject to that site’s own terms and policies. We recommend reviewing them before engaging.
10
Disclaimers.
The Website and its Content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.
The Content on the Website — including articles, guides, frameworks, and Free Resources — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not personalised marketing, business, financial, legal, or other professional advice for your specific situation. You should not rely on it as a substitute for engaging qualified professionals who understand your specific circumstances.
While we work to keep the Website accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that:
- The Content is error-free, complete, or current
- The Website will be available without interruption
- The Website is free from viruses or other harmful components

If you don’t agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Website.
14
Governing law and jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

16
Entire agreement.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Avilys regarding your use of the Website. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings on this subject.
If you have engaged Avilys for marketing services under a separate written agreement, that agreement governs the services relationship and prevails over these Terms in the event of any inconsistency relating to that engagement.
